If a lead you've been assigned should instead be assigned to someone else at your product brand it's an easy update.
2) Transfer a Lead to Another Brand
If a lead is a better fit for another ProMach product brand please reassign it to them from Salesforce instead of just marking the lead as unqualified. That way they can get any notes and history you have on the lead. Make sure to enter a ProLead first though so you can get credit for it!
3) Converting a Lead Best Practices
If you're ready to convert a lead into an account, a contact, and an opportunity then there are a few things to keep in mind - make sure you search to see if the account and contact already exist - if they do relate the lead to the existing records instead of creating new duplicate records.
Understanding the difference between Accounts & Account Profiles is the key to ProMach's Salesforce setup. An Account is a high-level ProMach view of an individual physical customer location, while an Account Profile is a ProMach product brand's unique view of that same ProMach Account.

There are two different ways to create opportunities in Salesforce - you can either convert a lead that you're working on or you can create a new opportunity directly from an Account Profile page.

Outlook is great - why would you want to leave it to log an email into Salesforce? You can pick which email you want to add to your activities and do it right from Outlook with the push of a button.
2) Outlook: Log an Email You're Sending
If you're sending an important email that you want to include in your activities in Salesforce, it's quick and easy to do without ever leaving Outlook.
3) Outlook: Log an Event
You rely on your calendar in Outlook to keep your day scheduled - and you don't have to stop doing that! You can create meetings the same way you always have (inviting attendees and setting reminders, etc.) and push the meeting into Salesforce selectively to make sure the important stuff is in the system.
